A new menu, where tradition meets fusion
At our Riad, food is more than a meal – it’s a journey. Inspired by Marrakech’s markets, our cuisine celebrates fresh, local products: fragrant vegetables, vibrant spices, seasonal meats and fish. Each morning, our chef walks to the Mellah market to handpick the best ingredients.
Our new menu was born from this love for authenticity, but also from a desire to build bridges between cultures. Alongside Moroccan classics – slow-cooked tagines, aromatic couscous, Marrakech tanjia – you will discover reimagined creations where Moroccan flavors meet a contemporary twist.
It is a “living cuisine”, constantly evolving, rooted in tradition yet daring in its modernity. Here, tanjia is reinterpreted in a street-style sandwich, and chocolate mousse meets a hint of harissa.
